S15 Sukhumvit Hotel Bangkok, Bangkok

The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were decent although the one I paid extra for wasn't ready upon my arrival. The noise from outside traffic was bothersome at times, affecting the overall room experience. The staff, however, was very friendly and helpful, especially with booking a taxi for our check out. The location was convenient for transportation and ideal for those interested in nightlife between Asoke and Nana BTS stations. The dining options were good with a variety but also had some shortcomings. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.

The hotel was spacious and clean, but the water coming out onto the toilet floor was not ideal. Breakfast options were limited for two people, despite paying for the 'better' room out of the three booked.

I had such a lovely stay at this hotel! The modern, big, and clean rooms were super comfortable, but the wardrobe being in the bathroom and limited English TV channels were slight downsides. The service was incredibly helpful and professional, and the location near the Asok BTS station was perfect for exploring Bangkok. The dining options were good but could use more variety, and the facilities were pleasant overall.
